Services: Swedish & Deep Tissue Massages ONLY (60 or 90 minutes).

Billing & Term: Auto-billed monthly on your join date. Minimum 1 paid month; then month-to-month. Cancel anytime after the first month with 7 days’ notice before your bill date. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Credits & Rates: 1 credit/month; unlimited extra sessions at member rates. Upgrades: 60→90 min +$34; Swedish→Deep Tissue (same length) +$9.

Rollover & Limits: Unused credits roll 60 days (max 2 active). Oldest credit is used first. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Scheduling & Arrival: Book online/phone. Please arrive 10 min early. Late arrivals may be shortened; full credit/fee applies.

Cancellations: 24-hour notice required. Late cancel/no-show forfeits the credit (or a fee up to the member rate if no credit is available).

Freeze: Up to 2 months/year with 7 days’ notice before your bill date. Billing/credits pause; unexpired credits keep their remaining time and resume on reactivation.

Health & Safety: Inform us of health changes, pregnancy, recent procedures, or injuries. We may refuse service if you’re ill or for safety. Professional boundaries required; violations end the session and forfeit credit/fees.

Payments: Gratuity not included. Taxes/fees added if applicable. Gift cards may be used for extra sessions/upgrades, not monthly dues.

Comms & Privacy: You consent to appointment and membership messages by email/SMS.
