Terms of Service

Appointments:
This is a ‘Book by Appointment’ only establishment. We encourage you to book an appointment to your preferred time. To schedule a session, please book online or email. A major credit/debit card is required in order to hold your appointment.

Arrival:
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin to decompress and to ensure a timely commencement. To maintain the spa experience, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival.

Health Considerations:
Please inform us of any pregnancies, special needs, injury avoidance request, allergies, medical conditions or if you’re feeling ill.

Late Policy:
We strive to ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit to Lotus Peace Massage therefore it is important that the treatments start at their scheduled appointment time. In order to maintain our schedule throughout the day, we are not able to guarantee the full appointment duration for clients that arrive late.

Cancellations:
When you book an appointment at Lotus Peace Massage, that time block is reserved for you specifically. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents us from providing services to other clients. Cancellations are possible up until 12-hours before your appointment. Clients that miss their reservation or cancel without a prior 12-hour notification will be charged 50% of the cost of their service. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Lotus Peace Massage 12-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
