Terms of Service
Appointments:
This is a ‘Book by Appointment’ only establishment. We encourage you to book an appointment to your preferred time. To schedule a session, please book online or email. A major credit/debit card is required in order to hold your appointment.
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin to decompress and to ensure a timely commencement. To maintain the spa experience, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival.
Health Considerations:
Please inform us of any pregnancies, special needs, injury avoidance request, allergies, medical conditions or if you’re feeling ill.
Late Policy:
We strive to ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit to Lotus Peace Massage therefore it is important that the treatments start at their scheduled appointment time. In order to maintain our schedule throughout the day, we are not able to guarantee the full appointment duration for clients that arrive late.
Cancellations:
When you book an appointment at Lotus Peace Massage, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments and late cancellations are costly in lost time and revenue and also prevent us from serving other clients.
Cancellations/Reschedules: Allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late cancellation or no-show (less than 12 hours’ notice): You will be charged 50% of the cost of your service.
Very late notice (call/text within 3 hours of your session): You will be charged 100% (full price) of the cost of your service.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call or text at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
